The hotel has six meeting & banquet rooms of varying sizes suitable for business trainings or seminars. Our exclusive staff support all of your business needs.

 

  • Banquets are limited to 2 hours. An additional fee will be charged for each hour over the 2-hour limit.
  • In general, meetings are limited to 2 hours. An additional 1-hour fee will be charged for time over the 2-hour limit.
  • Exhibitions are available for up to 8 hours between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. An additional 10% of the exhibition fee will be charged for each hour over the 8-hour exhibition limit.
  • Also, additional delivery fees will be charged as follows. Additionally, all items must be taken out of exhibition venues by 9:00 p.m. An additional 20% of the exhibition fee will be charged past 9:00 p.m.
Previous day 20% of the exhibition fee after 9:00 p.m.
50% of the exhibition fee after 4:00 p.m.
100% of the exhibition fee before 4:00 p.m.
Event day 10% of the exhibition fee after 7:00 a.m.
  • If set-up and rehearsal time is required for general banquets 2 hours or more before the event, an additional 30% of the 2-hour meal fee will be charged.
  • Meals for meetings are available starting at ¥3,000 (tax included).
  • The price for a 2-hour meal including food and beverages starts at ¥6,000.
  • All of the above prices include a 10% service charge and 10% consumption tax.
